In this session, Rob will use concrete examples to offer tools to transform a classically designed shared service center into a contemporary data-driven shared service center.
Rob Van den Wijngaard arbeitet seit November 2022 bei hofmeier als Managing consultant Organizational consulting, Data-driven working & Shared Services. Zuvor war er über 16 Jahre lang bei der Universität Leiden im Bereich Finance tätig, zuletzt als Finanzdirektor. Neben seiner Tätigkeit bei hofmeier ist er freiberuflich als Speaker/Trainer und Change Manager tätig.
